The Frost Demon Iztoz stood atop one of West City's tallest buildings, happily surveying his new domain. What he had thought when he first emerged from the ruin of his father's palace still seemed to hold true, this world was a paradise! As long as he stayed away from the central ring of the planet, he was the god here! None of the fighters could even put up a half decent fight against him at only a fraction of his true power, and those were extreme outliers. In fact, he could obliterate this entire area in an instant, and there would be no chiding reprimand from his empire. Iztoz smirked, but he wouldn't do that, he was having way too much fun exploiting this mortal plane.
The Frost Demon flew down to a small cafe in the center of the city, next to several of what the humans called "apartment buildings", then he kicked down the door, shattering the glass, "Give me twenty burgers please." He called this out to the frightened crowd, hoping that he would not have to obliterate another group of matryrs, it was wearing on his appetite.

West City. It had been a while since Tsuana had rolled into this town, but finally he strolled back in, tumbling in like some kind of blue, flamboyant tumbleweed. If that tumbleweed could fly and was dressed in dusty travel gear with a sword strapped to its back. The hybrid hovered over the city for a few moments, looking down on the bustling metropolis. It was an Earthling city, or had been once upon time. By all rights, foreign to him, but Tsuana had been born into a world that no longer was fully human nor Saiyan nor Citru nor anything fully homogeneous at all. The city was like him; mixed blood ran through its veins, fueling its beating heart. Except this city was made of steel and concrete, not flesh and blood like himself. Still, it was a living, breathing, cityscape. And it felt alive.
Tsuana's stomach growled. A single hand went to his stomach and clutched it. A pang of hunger ran through him, that blasted discomfort. He needed to get some grub in him and quickly. Descending towards the city streets, he briskly made for the city center where there was sure to be some establishment about that could serve him. Grey concrete, the flesh of the city, ran beneath him and was flush with people. As he came closer to the city center, something scratched at his mind, like a small dog scratching at a door after having been left out in the cold. A heavy presence grew in the grey matter, and he was suddenly aware of the presence of another powerful ki in the city. The Saiyan tail wrapped tightly around his waist gave a second squeeze in anticipation and the fine smile of a Citru crossed his comely features. This, he thought, could be interesting.
He steered himself in air towards the energy, making his way through the snaking city streets. And it was not long before he came to the source of the energy: a being within a pleasant little cafe near a residential complex. A commotion stirred within, and Tsuana's smile drooped into a frown. He touched down, worn boots tapping lightly onto concrete.
The halfblood drew nearer, realizing the scene that had unfolded. A shattered door marked what was once the entrance to the cafe that was now blocked by a nervous, jittering crowd. The halfblood elbowed his way through the crowd, pushing his way through the wall of people, until he popped out the front. And his eyes fell on the cause of the sensation: a posturing Frost Demon, demanding satisfaction from the storekeep. Judging by the crowd and the scene, Tsuana had his doubts about this space lizard.
"And just what in the world is going on here?" Demanded Tsuana as he drew closer to the interloper.

"I swear this man doesn't know how to run a class correctly." Yuki thought out loud, but not very loud to attract attention from the other people in the café. As if he needed people thinking that he was crazy or something else ridiculous. Thinking out loud wasn't something he did normally, but for some reason this certain thing just pushed his buttons that much. His current teacher had just transferred over from another boarding school down from North city and for the short amount of time that he was here he didn't seem to be a very effective teacher. He has only been going over things that were covered in the beginning of the year and mostly gives busy work. Apparently they just let anyone become a teacher. It's not like their suppose to be training the next generation of leaders or anything important.
The lack of productivity in class made him very annoyed. He decided to compensate for this with various books and after school lessons with some of the other more effective teachers. The downside is that he ends up hungry after each late secession like todays. This happens to a point where he normally ends out more then he wants to just to get rid of the overwhelming hunger. His fault for not having lunch when he should.
The little cafe was a personal favorite of his. He came here a lot for grilled cheese and to do homework. Unfortunately his comfort was interrupted as the doors next to him were kicked down so violently that glass shattered all around the front of the cafe. He looked behind himself with a shocked expression and more so after seeing a unknown being enter. Whatever it was it sure as hell wasn't a human or Zoan. He regained composure to put on his usually cold expression as he got up from his booth after paying for his food.
'Just gonna go home and pretend this didn't happen.' Yuki told himself mentally as he walked pass the froze demon. But the mistake the uniform wearing student made was bumping into the froze demon and didn't even say anything.

A STROLL IN THE CITY(
A learning experience is one of those things that says, “You know that thing you just did? Don't do that.” Chire had lots of those. Like how not to eat the strange earth food known as "gum" that people left on the sidewalks. There was also that time she strayed a little too far into the Omni Band, and got her ass handed to her by many other stronger warriors looking for Zen-Oh's Ki. (and it was awesome.) Or how to not engage an angry Frost Demon that destroyed property wanted twenty burgers... Wait, what?
Beyond the horizon, the sun illuminated the shimmering haze of pollution. In the far distance, the silhouette of the West City skyline pierced through the warm glow like a jagged mountain ridge. Millions of lights caused the dense mass of skyscrapers glitter. People were needle points and cars were blood cells flowing through the veins of the city. Despite the time, the hustle and bustle never came to a halt. The city's residents were off for a movie or to chill out in a smoky jazz bar downtown. Stars began to appear in the sky, along with a mighty red glow from a particular, more demonic star in the distance. All of this was finished by a crescent moon hanging high in the skies above the West Capitol. And then there was Chire, whom was still on an never-ending quest to attain Zen-Oh's Ki.
The saiyan had come to West City to restock on her survival supplies, as she was technically homeless and always on the move, looking for that godly ki. While she was clutching a map in a hand with a pulsing vein, her stomach would let out a mighty growl... Oh, right. She hadn't eaten anything all day! The budding warrior's stomach had been letting out some growls of defiance for awhile, but only now did the saiyan begin to notice her crippling hunger. Her stomach thrashed and rolled, screaming for food- NOW.
While Chire was glancing around for a possible food stop while gripping her now aching stomach, it wasn't long before a loud bang echoed through the saiyan's ears, causing her eyes to widen. Quickly rounding a corner, the female eyed a cafe, brimming with delicious and tempting goods in the windowsills that smelled like heaven, being stormed by an arcosian! Her stomach growled once more, although the saiyan could have sworn that this growl was directed at that Frost Demon- the cat to the saiyan's dog. Her eye twitched a little while a faint growl flew from the saiyan's mouth. Oh no, this would just not do!
Narrowing her eyes again, Chire would trot forwards, hopping off the ground and flying above the crowd, while eyeing a blue-haired man and a black-haired human with some curiosity. They had enough ki to be considered fighters, unlike most of the people in the crowd... "Hey, frosty! Over here!" The female saiyan would call loudly a few moments after Yuki accidentally bumped into Iztoz. "How are you doing? You plannin' to share those!?" She called again in a slightly sarcastic hiss. By now, most of the crowd had began to back away while Chire's tail lashed about behind her. The tension in the air could be cut with a knife while the female forced a cocky smirk across her face, narrowing her eyes at her new foe who thought he could barge in and take the twenty burgers that should belong to her!

Apparently all that one had to do to attract a challenge was to attack a random cafe. Once the prey's food supply was threatened, they showed out in force. Iztoz filed this away for future reference, but all joking aside this situation might be mildly challenging. Soon after his entrance, two ki's appeared, two of them with Sayiajin tails and all three roughly equivalent to his suppressed powers. The Frost Demon smirked, this was going to be fun! He turned to the first arrival, "What is going on here is that I'm hungry, and I don't think this place is good enough to stand in line for. I might change my mind when I choose to eat monkey but for now I think I'll just get a free meal, what'd ya say?" The last comment was directed at the kitchen staff cowering behind the counter. Multiple kitchen workers nodded, terrified, and ran for the kichen to fulfill his order. While he had been distracted, the other power had got up, and ran straight into him. "How rude!" Iztoz gestured at the idiot, attempting to pick him up with his telekinesis and sent him flying at the arrogant man standing in the doorway. If he could gain and advantage over his enemies, he would take it, even though he doubted any sort of power-up would be needed. He had years of experience on these amateurs, his techniques and fighting tactics obviously were superior to whatever pathetic martial arts they could muster.
His strategy took a one-eighty as another warrior arrived, her chi also roughly the same as the other warriors. This one, however, was different. Unlike the other idiots, this one carried herself as a warrior, not bothering to disguise her prejudice! "Frosty? My name is Iztoz, remember it well." He clasped his hands behind his back, and listened to the Sayian growl like a wild animal, "These Sayians, can never hold a decent conversation before reverting to their base instincts." He muttered this as an aside, just loud enough to reach the newcomer's ears. "And no I'm not planning to share, something much more interesting has showed up." The frost demon closed his eyes for a few heartbeats, letting the silence grow. Iztoz reveled in the tension in the cafe, it was the most exciting moment of his life since the first time he had landed on planet Earth. In a flash, the Frost Demon leapt forward, aiming a heavy kick to Chire's chin, and then a elbow to her side. He would attempt to finish this off with roundhouse kick, which would send the warrior flying through the storefront into the opposite building!
[FEAT] Telekinesis-- Used against Yuki Through careful ki control, the user is able to manipulate people and inanimate objects using the power of their mind. If used against people, this technique does not count as an auto-hit; people still have a chance to resist the user's telekinetic hold

A human boy wandered out of the crowd, a single oblivious soul. Tsuana watched with a cocked eyebrow as the man bumped into the Frost Demon, and he grimaced. The kid, he noted, was rife with ki energy as well. Gifted with power, but not much situational awareness it seemed. The poor schmuck. And it was not long before a fourth ki signature joined the fray. A Saiyan woman, noted Tsuana, cocking an eyebrow in definite interest. But at the moment, there was a much bigger issue at hand, one that the Saiyaness seemed especially aware of as well. However, time came to a stand still as the man attempted to use some odd powers to push the human boy at him. Regardless of whether the boy was able to resist or not, Tsuana would side step out of the way, just in-case. The halfblood, despite his looks, had been a warrior for years now, and moved with the easy nimbleness one might expect from a fighter. The Frost Demon spoke with the easy arrogance and contempt that oft came with his kind. Tsuana smirked, shaking his head. It seemed that Tsuana had stumbled into a robbery. And all over some cheap burgers. The perfect loot for the supposedly mightiest race in the universe. How the mighty had fallen. And as the growling Saiyan warrior-woman came up to join them, Tsuana lowered his chin, golden eyes of his mother trained on the overgrown space lizard. The hybrid's hand trembled, an electric tingle running up his spine. His tail-belt twitched, Saiyan blood waking up, slowly smoldering into a flame. His right hand shot to the hilt of the blade on his back, strapped tight against his body and well-worn travel jacket. Then the whole world went mad. The Frost Demon, Iztoz, launched himself at the Saiyan woman. As he began his assault on the Saiyan woman, Tsuana drew his blade. The shining steel of the well-maintained long sword came forth, hissing softly against the supple leather of its sheath, glinting dangerously as it was once again exposed. His eyes slid about the cafe, darting back and forth like mad. The crowd, he thought, he'd have to watch for them. No need for the innocent to get hurt. "Get out of here!" He ordered, pointing the tip of his blade at the crowd. If they had sense, they'd listen, and he could already see some shifting to move and get away from the unfolding madhouse. Tsuana held it easily in one hand, other hand extended forward, palm flared outward. Tsuana let out a low, bestial grunt as a single orb of pale yellow ki flew from his hands and towards the Frost Demon! And Tsuana was right on its tail, and soon to be on the Frost Demon's as well. He closed the distance best he could, sword overhead as he held it aloft. Tsuana let out a guttural roar, screaming a challenge. "You wanna fight?" He cried, "I'll give you one, reptile!"
As it has been 48 hours, Yuki may now be skipped. @sketch iztozYuki

Chire would huff, impatiently tapping her foot on the ground, narrowing her eyes at her species' sworn foe as he tried to chuck Yuki across the room with his telekinesis! A familiar ability Chire was also able to use, and a very useful one. She could sense a fair amount of ki radiating from the telekinetically thrown man- enough for him to be considered a budding fighter, much like Chire herself. The Frost Demon quickly introduced himself as... Iztoz? Jeez, that name was a bit of a mouthful. Her foe mumbled something inaudible, but Chire didn't like it one bit. Slipping into a stance, the female would wrap her tail around her form, as she really didn't want anyone grabbing it. Iztoz spoke with undeniable arrogance and superiority that made Chire's blood bubble. Who thought combining the homeworlds of the Saiyans and Frost Demons was a good idea? But what more could she expect from a species as vile and irredeemable as Iztoz' own kind?
Seconds ticked by as the wind began to pick up outside- it almost seemed like time itself had stopped inside the cafe. Chire raised a hand up somewhat, letting a bright yellow glow emanate from her open palm for a moment. The passing of time would soon resume when Iztoz lunged forwards at a breakneck pace, aiming to kick Chire in the chin! But with a quick snap of her fingers, a brilliant yellow glow would shine in the way of Iztoz. When the light faded, the Frost Demon would find a large bull skull in the way of his initial kick! Should Iztoz continue his barrage after the intial shocker of Chire's trademark attack, the femae would turn her torso and block his elbow blow, but stumble backwards when a surprise roundhouse kick hit her in the side! Managing to catch herself in the air before she flew out the window, the female would land back on the ground with a light 'tap.' Now it was her turn to strike, right? With a quick wave of Chire's hand, the bony skull she summoned previosuly would let out a roar and lunge through the air, and attempt to bite the Frost Demon's right arm with it's jaws, lined with rows of sharp fangs!
After the skull attacked, whether it managed to bite on or miss, a yellow orb of ki would wizz pass Chire and her summoned demon, aiming to strike the Arcosian head on! Turning around, Chire would narrow her eyes at the newest fighter, Tsuana! Chire partially wanted to fight the Frost Demon Iztoz on her own, but she knew the terrifying power their transformations had. Any and all help was going to be unfortunately needed. With the hybrid on his ki blast's tail, Chire would stand back and watch for a moment as he charged at Iztoz with his sword! Chire huffed, cocking her head back with a smirk. "Psh, are you really throwing a big ol' hissy fit over burgers?" The female asked with a hostile tone, narrowing her eyes and grumbling to herself. "And people call me cranky..." She spoke, shaking her head for a moment before raising a hand and clenching it, causing energy to gather in the skull she previosuly summoned. If it's bite attack missed, it would float behold Iztoz and gather energy. If it hit before, the Frost Demon would feel an increasing heat from it's charging blast of ki while it was clamped on his arm.
While her skull was charging, Chire would fly after Tsuana. After he attacked, the saiyan would hop above the Frost Demon before clasping both of her hands together, attempting to hammer the space lizard into the ground! Afterwards she'd briefly turn and give the blue-haired man a thumbs up before hopping back, directing her attention to her new ally. "Hey, we're on the same side, right?" She asked quickly, eyes darting between the Frost Demon and Tsuana. "I'm Chire! And you are?" She asked in a hasty tone again, figuring it was best to at least know each other's names, since they were fighting together now and all.

Iztoz raised his metaphorical eyebrows as the other Sayian dodged the boy with a fluid grace. So apparently the pretty boy wasn’t completely useless after all! He grinned, fencing with two powerful warriors could only enhance his own capabilities. He would learn from this fight, gaining power and skill. And then….. The frost demon cut off the savory thought before it went too far, he didn’t want to get distracted in the middle of the fight after all!
Case in point, his initial assault on the other Sayian ended abruptly with a bright flash of light in the middle of his wind-up. When he tried to finish the intial strike, his foot struck something hard. Iztoz would blink his vision clear, only to find a skull grinning wickedly at him, in the way of his attack. “What in the hell……” Stunned but not out, the frost demon would still carry through with his initial plan, trying to strike fasted than the skull could block him. His swiftness was rewarded with a quick feeling of flesh striking flesh as his kick connected. Iztoz almost laughed aloud, of course the stupid monkeys couldn’t match him! He was a Frost Demon, the most powerful race in the galaxy! He couldn’t be beaten even if it was a two on one! Despite his exultation, he was not far gone enough to miss the small ball of ki whizzing past his cheek. With a quick gesture, he attempted to curve the ball back around, aiming to strike the Sayian in the back of the neck!
All of the sudden, the momentum of the fight seemed to have shifted against Iztoz. The other fighter launched herself at him with a sword, and in almost the same moment, the annoying one launched the gigantic skull she had used earlier. Iztoz would back-flip over the skull, but the sword strike would scrape past his skin. He grunted, annoyed at the pain, but his self-confidence seemed undamaged. “Well hello again pretty boy!” Holding a hand palm-first, the Frost Demon would attempt to unleash a kiai point-blank into the Sayian’s face, and then would fire off a streak of ki blasts at the fleeing bystanders. Laughing, his purple aura would envelop him once more, and he flew right through the ceiling, attempting to gain some space from his admirers. Once he had perhaps got a mile between himself at the other fighters, he would almost curl into a ball in midair, and wave after wave of power would begin to emanate from him. These Sayians were getting exactly what they bargained for, a fight!
Level: 1 Ki: 100 Iztoz is beginning to power up! What will Chire and Tsuana do?

The primal chaos that was unfolding cause Tsuana's heart to pound. It was as if he was caught in a mad dance. Screaming, crying, the eerie din of battle unfolding in a not-so-special cafe. Simultaneously, Tsuana was in and out of his element. The world seemed to slow as he charged his foe. Golden eyes flicked around the room, taking in the scene. The Saiyaness had summoned some sort of skull-creature to join the fray, and now that same creature was harrying Iztoz. But the Frost Demon was just as in his element, as his kind was a species evolved for the pitched fires of battle as well. He twisted like a serpent and Tsuana's blade made only a glancing cut, slicing through the surface layer like thin paper. Certainly not enough to change the course of the battle. And now, Tsuana was going to pay for that. The iguana-man turned on him and shouted in his face. If Frost Demon breath were not unpleasant enough, Tsuana would soon be confronted with something worse: a close range kiai. The palm thrust towards his face and the air about it burst like a shell, the shock-wave tunneling towards him through the air like a runaway train. Tsuana grit his teeth and braced for impact, a string of four letter words boiling up in his throat; there was no dodging this one. The sledgehammer blow slammed into him, sending him reeling backwards and a way from the Frost Demon. Tsuana stumbled, his boots trying to find the tiles beneath him. As he found himself, the Saiyaness's words hit him, a clarion call on the battlefield. "Same side?" He said aloud, "Of course! I'm not about to let some giant lizard bully folks over some ground beef!" Shaking his head, he blinked the pain away, golden eyes gazing against the battlefield at the newly introduced Chire. Despite the flames of war raging about her, he still offered her a wide grin and a wink. " The name's Tsuana!" He shouted, "But I'm afraid we'll have to get to know each other later!"The Frost Demon was moving now, and Tsuana followed, speeding along. The Frost Demon let loose a few bolts at bystanders, and Tsuana took a quick detour to push one of the victims out of the way, dog-legging in his flight. But as he continued his pursuit, something felt very off as the Frost Demon hovered in air. A sinister power radiated from the Frost Demon and Tsuana got a sinking feeling in the pit of his stomach. Was the Frost Demon preparing to access another layer of power? Tsuana scowled and continued to fly towards his foe, sword behind him. He sped along as fast as he could, and as he came close, he leveled a mighty swing at the Frost Demon, hoping to interrupt whatever the creature was planning. Yuki@sketch

The moment Yuki bumped into the frost demon was the moment that he knew he made a mistake. With someone who has a big ego like the alien that was terrorizing the cafe there was no way he was gonna let that go. Case in point as the frost demon lifted him with telekinesis and threw him towards the entrance. Yuki landed on his back againest a wall, but thankfully he wasn't too hurt. After a few moments passed, Yuki picked himself up and glared in the direction of the fight before dashing towards the fighters. Normally, he would be telling himself to go home and forget about it because it just who he was. This wasn't what he was gonna to this time. He wanted to make sure that this alien of sorts got the message to not mess with them and what better way to do so then kick his ass. After catching up to them, he would help the assault by attempt to interrupt the alien's charge by using a swift roundhouse kick.
