Dominated by tundra, mountains and snow, the North is where a majority of the Earth's colder climates are. Even though the conditions seem inhospitable, many people make their home up here, and the intense cold serves as a popular training area for dedicated fighters. Some of the areas in the North are more inviting though; while they are still on the cooler side, it is nothing like the freezing arctic.

The South is where a majority of Earth's tropical regions and islands reside. This area also includes the Southern Continent, a place home to many tourist destinations. The South is known for its wacky and vibrant plant-life and wildlife as well as having warm temperatures all year around. The nature here is so diverse that not every animal or plant in the region is documented or even known.

The Eastern regions of Earth consists mostly of grasslands, forests, streams and lakes. This is also where a majority of Earth's agriculture is done along with the South. The Namekians have established this region as their "main home region".

The West is where the more hot, arid regions of Earth exist. While there are plenty of deserts and wastelands, there are some fertile areas where people are able to live. The Saiyans have made this their "home region" due to the climate, conditions and atmosphere being awfully similar to their original home planet.

The Omni Band is an expanse of land and sea that runs north-south and east-west across the middle of the globe where the Omni King's energy is in higher concentrations. This resulted in the locations here being incredibly unique and utterly nonsensical while also making said locations extremely dangerous and chaotic. The Omni Band is notorious for being the most dangerous part of the world, and only the strongest fighters can ever hope to survive it. However, the Omni Band offers the secrets on obtaining the Omni King's power. Expect to meet the most powerful individuals in the universe here.

Heaven includes any of the upper world areas including planets of the Kais. Those who have done enough good deeds will find themselves here: an eternal paradise. However, not everyone who makes it here is allowed to keep their physical bodies, though that can be worked towards if one is impressive enough.

Hell or Home of Infinite Losers is the realm where the baddest of the bad go whenever they die. A mountainous area beneath the clouds, Hell is known for its rugged, unforgiving landscape, nasty and violent residents and its blood-red lakes and ponds. Again, some do not keep their physical bodies while here though the more intimidating and powerful deceased are allowed to keep them.
